You can substitute 1 tablespoon of Onion powder for every 2 medium sized Onions. You can substitute 1 tablespoon of Tomato Powder for every 4 medium sized tomatoes. You can substitute ½ teaspoon of Ginger Powder for 1 tablespoon of fresh grated ginger. You can substitute 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder for 10 medium sized Garlic cloves. You can substitute 1 teaspoon of Green Chilli Powder for 8 medium sized green chillies.

Yes, these are 100% natural product without any type of additive.

There is saving of around 15-20 mins time which includes peeling & cutting time and also cooking time. As the products are already sun dried so they take around 5 mins time to sauté them.

You can add these powders once your main vegetable or meat is cooked, just before adding your usual spices.

You have to cook these powders for only 5 mins.

They can be used best before 18 months from date of manufacturing.

These products should be stored in dry and cool place away from moisture. Do not use wet spoon while handling. The product may form lumps if moisture attracts but it does not lead to degradation of product.

Yes. If you are looking for complete gluten free baking, then you can use banana powder instead of maida. Also, you can mix banana powder in proportion of 1:3 to your usual flour. The general rule of thumb is to use 30% LESS banana flour than suggested flour (i.e. 2/3 cup banana flour in place of every 1 cup of regular flour). Banana flour has a high starch content so you can use less flour than you’d normally use in everyday recipes
