Healthy Gluten Free & Vegan Sprouts Sandwich

8 Ingredients


  • 50 g (1/2 cup) of Nihkan Dehydrated Sprouts
  • 200 ml water
  • Assorted vegetables, such as cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves
  • 1 ripe but firm avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled 
  • 4 slices whole-grain bread, toasted 
  • 1/2 cup fresh goat cheese, room temperature 
  • Olive oil, for drizzling 
  • Salt & pepper as required


  1. Boil Dehydrated sprouts in water for 5-10 mins as per your desired crunchiness & drain the water.
  2. Chop vegetables into small cubes or as desired.
  3. Spread goat cheese on  toast slices.
  4. Dividing evenly, layer vegetables on toasted slices. Mix with sprouts.
  5. Then drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Stack sandwiches with layer of toasted bread. Cut in half and serve.
