Introducing NIHKAN Instant Millet Khichdi Mix, a wholesome and nutritious meal solution made with Foxtail Millet and Moong Dal. This instant mix is perfect for a quick and healthy meal, requiring just boiling water to cook.

Ingredients:

Foxtail Millet 65%, Yellow Moong Dal 32%, Mustard seeds, Sunflower oil, Curry leaves, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid) No Maltodextrin Spice Mix (Salt, Red chilli powder, Turmeric, Ginger, Cumin, Coriander, Cardomom, Cloves, Asafoetida, Pepper Powder, Sugar)


Steps to Make :

Step 1 - Boil 5 cups (1250 ml) water in a vessel/pan.

Step 2 - Empty the contents of NihKan Millets Khichdi Mix and add to the boiling water.

Step 3 - Cook with lid closed for 15-20 mins and stir occasionally to avoid sticking to vessel/pan.

Serve hot with 1 tbsp of Ghee and garnish with fresh coriander. Serves 4.

Tip : You can add vegetables of your own choice to make it more healthy & delicious.


Storage Instructions: Store in a cool & dry place. Use within 1 month after opening.
