    Sugar Control Atta For Gluten free Diets : Nihkan Sprouted Jowar Flour is a nourishing blend of 100% sprouted Jowar. It is 100% natural & gluten free flour which can be used as replacement for wheat flour & ideal for gluten free cooking. 

    How we process it?

    Jowar is cleaned, washed thoroughly to remove dust, pesticides and other contaminants and left to soak for 12 hours. It is then sprouted over the next 12-24 hours, further dehydrated in low temperatures to retain the nutrients and milled into flour for instant easy consumption. The drying process prevents spoilage of millet flour and increases its shelf life to 12 months.

There is no sugar or salt added in flour hence, you can add any sweetener of your choice or veggies to make pancakes, dosa’s or cheelas.     You can directly use the Nihkan Sprouted Jowar flour to make high fibre chapati & bhakris. Use warm water to make a soft dough. 

    You can also add 1tbsp of Psyllium husk to 1 cup of flour to make dough and make thin chapatis.
