For Making Chapatis (Indian Breads)/ Wraps - Take 1 cup of All Purpose Millets Mix, add 1tsp salt, take ½ cup warm water and add it slowly while kneading the dough. Make a medium soft dough. Now make small balls and roll them gently to make chapatis and wraps and roast on both the sides on the hot pan.
For making Parathas/Thepla (Veg Stuffed Indian Breads) - Take 1 cup of All Purpose Millets Mix, add 1tsp salt, spices like cumin, coriander, red chilli powder. Add cut/blanched vegetables of your choice like spinach, fenugreek, cabbage, carrot etc. take ½ cup water and add slowly while kneading the dough. Make a medium soft dough. Now make small balls and roll it gently and roast on both the sides on the hot pan with 1tsp oil on both sides.
For making Millet Cheela (chilla) snack- Take 1 cup of All Purpose Millets Mix, add 1 cup water. Add spices of your choice like salt, cumin, coriander, red chilli powder and make a smooth batter. Use non stick pan to make millet cheelas and enjoy with toppings of your choice like onions, tomatoes etc.
