How we process it?

 We first make Jowar Rava from premium quality jowar grains which we source directly from farmers. The process involves cleaning, soaking, drying & grinding into coarse granules. After that Jowar Rava is well roasted and mixed with other ingredients to give a healthy, convenient & tasty mix.

  • Power of Millets in Idli: Made with Jowar, it is 50% more high in protein & fibre as compared to conventional wheat suji (semolina) Idli.
  • Quick & Convenient : You just need to add sour curd and water to the NihKan Millet Idli mix to make Idli batter and then cook in idli moulds. No need to add any spices or tempering. It’s a ready mix.
  • Wholesome Ingredients: NihKan Millet Idli Mix contains wholesome ingredients like urad dal, rice rava along with Jowar rava.
  • Gluten free tested: Our Idli mix is made of only millets & pulses. There is no wheat or suji added. And it is tested Gluten free, safe for people who are gluten allergic or who wants to avoid gluten.
