Sprouted Protein Nachni Satva with no sugar - Nihkan Sprouted Ragi Flour is a nourishing blend of 100% sprouted ragi. Perfect for making Ragi malt for a quick nutritious breakfast bowl or plain porridge. It can be cooked with water or milk to make a porridge. There is no sugar or salt added in flour hence, you can add any sweetener of your choice like honey or jaggery.

How we process it?

Ragi grains are sourced directly from farmers. They are cleaned, washed thoroughly and left to soak for 12 hours. It is then sprouted over the next 12-24 hours, further dried in low temperatures and milled into nutritious flour.

For Ragi Malt (Porridge): Mix 2 tbsp Nihkan Sprouted Finger millet flour with 1 cup water & cook in low flame till thick & smooth consistency is achieved. Add jaggery/dates for sweet taste. You can add milk & dry fruits also as optional.

For Ragi dosas, pancakes & crepes : Add water in the flour to make a batter. Add spices/ sweetness as per your choice.

For Chapatis & Wraps : Use hot water to make the dough.

For use in Baking : Use it individually or along with another flour for making cakes, muffins and breads. 

Shelf Life - 12 months. Store in a cool & dry place. Use within 3 months after opening.
