How we process it?

The Millets are washed & soaked in water first & then sprouted & dried before milling into flour. This is a natural process to remove all kind of contaminations like dirt, pesticides residues, parasites and other extraneous material. Soaking & Sprouting helps in reducing the anti nutrients present in millets and increases the digestibility of grains in body.
