We procure premium quality millets & pulses directly from farmers. We roast all the grains and mix with other ingredients & spices to give a healthy, convenient & tasty snack meal.

Steps to Make :

  • Step 1 - Boil 5 cups (1250 ml) water in a vessel/pan.
  • Step 2 - Empty the contents of NihKan Millets Khichdi Mix and add to the boiling water.
  • Step 3 - Cook with lid closed for 15-20 mins and stir occasionally to avoid sticking to vessel/pan.

Serve hot with 1 tbsp of Ghee and garnish with fresh coriander. Serves 4.

Tip : You can add vegetables of your own choice to make it more healthy & delicious.
