Millet Pizza Base Made with Millets Baking Mix

Enjoy a wholesome twist to your favorite pizza with this Millet Pizza Base made using Nihkan’s Millets Baking Mix. It’s gluten-free, fiber-rich, and a great alternative to traditional wheat-based crusts. Perfect for those who want to indulge in pizza while maintaining a clean and nutritious diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cup Nihkan’s Millets Baking Mix

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp jaggery powder

  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Warm water (as required)

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine millets baking mix, salt, jaggery powder, psyllium husk, and baking powder.

  2. Add apple cider vinegar and olive oil.

  3. Gradually add warm water to form a soft dough.

  4. Let the dough rest for 20–25 minutes.

  5. Roll into desired pizza base shape and size.

  6. Bake the base at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.

  7. Remove, top with sauce and toppings, and bake again for 10–15 minutes until done.

Serving Size:
Makes 1 medium-sized pizza base.
