Ingredients:

1½ cup Nihkan’s Millets Baking Mix

½ tsp salt

1 tsp jaggery powder

1 tbsp psyllium husk

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp olive oil

Warm water (as required)
Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine millets baking mix, salt, jaggery powder, psyllium husk, and baking powder.

Add apple cider vinegar and olive oil.

Gradually add warm water to form a soft dough.

Let the dough rest for 20–25 minutes.

Roll into desired pizza base shape and size.

Bake the base at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
