Make soft, pliable tortilla wraps using a blend of NIHKAN’s ancient grains flours. These wraps are naturally gluten‑free, high in fiber, and versatile—perfect for rolling up your favorite fillings, from veggies and cheese to grilled meats or beans. With just a few simple ingredients, you’ll have a nourishing base for lunches, dinners, or snack boxes.
Ingredients

1½ cups NIHKAN Sprouted Super Millet Flour or NIHKAN Sprouted Buckwheat Flour

½ cup NIHKAN Green Banana Flour

1 Tbsp psyllium husk + 150 g lukewarm water (to make psyllium gel)

2 Tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt

1 cup lukewarm water (more if needed)
Directions

In a small bowl, mix psyllium husk with 150 g lukewarm water. Let sit 30–45 s to form a gel.

In a large bowl, whisk together sprouted millet or buckwheat flour, banana flour, and salt. Stir in olive oil.

Add the psyllium gel, then gradually pour in lukewarm water, stirring until a soft dough forms.

Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead 3–5 minutes until smooth.

Divide into 8 equal balls. Use a rolling pin to flatten each into a thin circle.

Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Cook each wrap 1–2 min per side, until lightly browned.

Keep wraps covered to stay soft. Fill with your choice of vegetables, cheese, grilled chicken, beans, etc., and serve hot or cold.
