Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).

  2. Take the proofed baguette dough and gently score the top using a sharp knife or blade.

  3. Place the loaf on a lined baking sheet or baguette pan.

  4. For steam baking, place a bowl of hot water in the oven to get a crisp crust.
