Ingredients:

1 cup Nihkan’s Millets Baking Mix

2 tbsp sesame seeds

1 tbsp olive oil or any cold-pressed oil

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper or mixed herbs (optional)

Water as required to make dough
Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine Nihkan’s Millets Baking Mix, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper/herbs.

Add oil and mix until crumbly.

Gradually add water to form a soft dough.

Roll out the dough thinly between two sheets of parchment paper.

Cut into cracker shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.
