Ingredients:

1 cup Nihkan Green Banana Flour

¼ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp baking powder

1 tsp sesame seeds

½ tsp ginger powder

1 tsp salt

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 cup warm water
Directions:

Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, sesame seeds, ginger, and salt.

Stir in olive oil and warm water until a smooth dough forms. Let rest 5 minutes.

Divide dough into eight portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a thin circle.

Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut each circle into 4–6 cracker‑sized triangles.
