Healthy Gluten Free Multigrain Cookies (Teatime Favourite)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup NihKan Millets Baking Mix
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/3 cup jaggery powder
  • 1/4 cup of cold milk
  • crushed or chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Take flour, add cinnamon, cardamom, salt.
  2. Take ghee & jaggery powder in another bowl.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  4. You can add milk to bind the flour together
  5. Use your hands and bind the flour well together.
  6. Take a measuring scoop to maintain size of cookies. Press the balls between your hands. And lay them flat on greased baking tray.
  7. Brush some milk on cookies and garnish them with crushed almonds.
  8. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degree C for 20-25 mins.
