Shipping, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy:

Domestic orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. NIHKAN The Selfcare Arena is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be done to the registered address of the buyer. Customers will receive emails and SMS for all order-related queries timely. NIHKAN The Selfcare Arena only ships products in India. Currently, Shop page is not activated for outside India delivery pincodes.

International Shipping Policy:

We deliver products outside India when we receive orders via whatsapp on our customer care number +91 9321387675 or via email on info@nihkan.in. Once we receive any order, customer is intimated on the international shipping charges based on the quantity and product after checking with courier company. Once customer approves the total charges which includes product cost & shipping charges, it takes approx 10-15 working days for products to be delivered.

Customs and International Shipping. All of NIHKAN product orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in India to your provided shipping address via DHL/FEDEX/ARAMEX. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL/FEDEX to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from DHL/FEDEX for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay DHL/FEDEX directly at the time of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

NihKan – The Selfcare Arena will not allow its customers to cancel their orders once confirmation is done. However in case the order details needs to be changed then the customer may contact the customer care number or email their request.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defines the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
NihKan – The Selfcare Arena shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors, trade organization/s, manufacturers/shop etc. (vendors), flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond the control of NihKan – The Selfcare Arena.

Returns & Refund Policy

Orders once placed & processed through nihkan.in may not be cancelled or refunded.
Estimated Delivery Time is the approximate 7-8 days to deliver the Food items to the Customer. In the event of any delay or default in such delivery, NihKan-The Selfcare Arena shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same.
In the event the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the food items, the Customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts. However if there is any shortfall in delivery or the food items such as they had split / or were damaged, the Customer shall write at info@nihkan.in. Moreover, in the event of any shortfall in delivery or the food items having spilt/ or being damaged, the Customer shall inform NihKan – The Selfcare Arena of the same within 24 hours. We shall thereafter initiate investigations in the matter of complaint received and shall make reasonable efforts to complete such investigation within a period of ten days from the date of such commencement. The decision of NihKan – The Selfcare Arena on completion of such investigation shall be final, binding, and conclusive on the Customer and the customer shall not dispute the same.
After the mutual agreement of refund of payment, NihKan – The Selfcare Arena shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid.
