Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of NIhkan’s Sprouted Ragi flour.
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup of boiled veggies of your choice like beans, carrot, corns
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic and ginger
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp pepper
- Salt as per taste
- Lemon (optional)
Instructions
- In a pot add in one tbsp oil sauté in your veggies. Once sautéed keep it aside.
- In a same pan saute your chopped ginger, garlic and onions then add in the ragi flour and saute it for few seconds on low flame till its roasted.
- Add In water, pepper powder and sauted veggies to it and bring it to a boil until it forms consistency of thick soup.
- Serve it hot with a squeeze of lime.
