This wholesome Sprouted Ragi Porridge, also known as Nachni Satva, is a traditional Indian superfood meal made using Nihkan’s Sprouted Finger Millet Flour. Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Nihkan’s Sprouted Finger Millet Flour

  • 1 cup water or milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1 tsp jaggery or date powder (optional, for sweet version)

  • Ghee (optional)

  • Pinch of cardamom (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix the flour with a small amount of water to form a lump-free slurry.

  2. Heat remaining water or milk in a pan and add the slurry slowly, stirring continuously.

  3. Cook on low-medium heat for 5–7 minutes until it thickens.

  4. Add jaggery and cardamom for sweetness or season with salt and spices for a savory version.

  5. Drizzle with ghee before serving (optional).

  6. Serve warm.
