Ingredients:

2 tbsp Nihkan’s Sprouted Finger Millet Flour

1 cup water or milk (dairy or plant-based)

1 tsp jaggery or date powder (optional, for sweet version)

Directions:

Mix the flour with a small amount of water to form a lump-free slurry.
