Ingredients:

1 cup Nihkan’s Dehydrated Sprouted Mung Beans (soaked overnight)

½ cup finely chopped cucumber

½ cup finely chopped tomato

¼ cup grated carrot

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt to taste

Black pepper or chaat masala to taste

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Directions:

Soak Nihkan’s Dehydrated Sprouted Mung Beans overnight in water. Drain and rinse.
