Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup NihKan Pancake Mix
  • 1/4 cup Boiled Corn
  • 1/4 cup Cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Milk & water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt & Pepper
  • Oregano as per taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, stirr well so no lumps are formed.
  2. Heat a large skillet (nonstick or cast-iron).
  3. For each pancake, spoon 2-3  tablespoons of batter onto skillet
  4. Cook until bubbles appear. Flip on both sides.
  5. Serve with cream cheese or toppings of your own choice. Goes well with Coriander chutney as well.
