In a bowl, take sugar, add yeast & 1/2 cup warm water and keep it aside for 2-3 mins.
In another bowl, take NihKan banana flour, add guar gum, salt, butter, oil, eggs. Mix well
Add yeast to the mixture. Stir well.
Add 1/2 cup of warm water and stir it and add more to check the thick flowing consistency. It will not be like a dough, it will be like a batter consistency.
Now transfer to a greased tin. Rest in warm place for 1 hour for flour to rise.
You can sprinkle rolled Gluten free oats/ seeds on top and bake in preheated oven at 180 degree for 35 mins.
