Healthy Gluten Free Banana flour high fiber bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups – NihKan Green Banana Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1tso guar gum/xanthum gum
  • 1tsp salt
  • 2tbsp butter
  • 2tsp olive oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Gluten free Oats (optional) or some seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, take sugar, add yeast & 1/2 cup warm water and keep it aside for 2-3 mins.
  2. In another bowl, take NihKan banana flour, add guar gum, salt, butter, oil, eggs. Mix well
  3. Add yeast to the mixture. Stir well.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of warm water and stir it and add more to check the thick flowing consistency. It will not be like a dough, it will be like a batter consistency.
  5. Now transfer to a greased tin. Rest in warm place for 1 hour for flour to rise.
  6. You can sprinkle rolled Gluten free oats/ seeds on top and bake in preheated oven at 180 degree for 35 mins.
