Healthy Gluten Free Millet Cake with Beetroot and Dates

250g Small Sized Cake

  • 2 tbsp NihKan Green banana flour
    2 tbsp NihKan Super millets flour
    2 eggs
    8-10 de-seeded Dates
    2 tbsp grated beetroot
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 dates for decoration
    A pinch of baking powder


  1. In a mixer add grated beetroot, dates, eggs and olive oil. And blend it to make a smooth paste.
  2. Add in the flour and a pinch of baking powder and mix well.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a greased mould and bake in a preheated oven at 150°
    Reference: 5 inches pan and baked for 40 min
  4. Let it cool completely and enjoy.
