Condensed milk -175gms/ alternative milk of your choice with 100gms of sugar
Milk 300 ml (add to adjust consistency) or you can use alternative milk or water
NihKan’s Sprouted Jowar flour 175 gms
NihKan’s Green banana flour 25 gms
Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking powder 1 + 1/2 Teaspoon
Thandai mix 2 Tablespoon
Rose petals for garnish
Pista for garnish
Instructions
1. Mix Butter, Milk and Condensed milk together and mix it well. 2. Add all the dry ingredients and mix it well and pour into a greased container. 3. Bake it for 45 minutes at 170°C.
For sugar glaze 1. 1/2 cup powdered sugar 2. 1tbsp non salted butter (optional) 3. 1-2 tsp milk/water
For garnishing – Sliced Pistachios – Rose petals – Sliced almonds
Thandai powder – for 100g mixture
5-6 peppercorns / sabut kali mirch 15-20 cardamom / elaichi seeds 2 tablespoon fennel seeds / variyali / saunf ½ cup almonds / badam ½ cup pistachio / pista 1 tablespoon melon seeds / magaz / kharbooje ke beej 1 tablespoon poppy seeds / khus khus pinch of saffron / kesar
