Healthy Gluten Free Millets Chocolate cake (vegan)

Ingredients

 

  • 2 cups of NihKan’s Millets Baking Mix
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 2 cups granulated brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1-2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Take all wet ingredients – oil, powdered sugar, apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, 1 cup water, salt. Mix all well.
  2. Add all dry ingredients – Baking Mix flour. cocoa powder.
  3. Add 1/2 cup remaining water to adjust consistency.
  4. Add some chocolate chips. Mix evenly. Use folding batter method.
  5. Pour the batter into greased tin and Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 30-35 mins.
