Healthy Gluten Free Millets Chocolate cake (vegan)

Ingredients
2 cups of NihKan’s Millets Baking Mix
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 cups granulated brown sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp of salt
1 1/2 cup hot water
1-2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
chocolate chips
Instructions
Take all wet ingredients –
oil, powdered sugar, apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, 1 cup water, salt.
Mix all well.
Add all dry ingredients – Baking Mix flour. cocoa powder.
Add 1/2 cup remaining water to adjust consistency.
Add some chocolate chips. Mix evenly. Use folding batter method.
Pour the batter into greased tin and Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 30-35 mins.
