  • 1/3 cup NihKan Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1 tsp sugar/honey (or alternative)
  • 1tsp oil
  • ½ cup milk / milk alternative


  1. Mix all ingredients, stirr well so no lumps are formed.
  2. Heat a large skillet (nonstick or cast-iron).
  3. For each pancake, spoon 1-2 tablespoons of batter onto skillet
  4. Cook until bubbles appear. Flip on both sides.
  5. Serve with butter, honey, fruits  & toppings of your own choice
