Pizza Base –
1cup Nihkan Banana flour
1/2tsp dry yeast + 1/2 tsp sugar + 1tbsp lukewarm water
1/4 tsp baking powder
1tbsp oil
1 cup Warm water
Pizza Toppings –
1 tsp tomato based pizza sauce
1 Cheese cube
Vegetables of your choice – bell peppers, onions, sweet corns
1 tsp Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Chilli flakes
Instructions
Use yeast, sugar & lukewarm water to activate the yeast.
Take banana flour, add salt, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Add the activated yeast and little warm water to the mixture and knead a soft dough.
Now, with your hands on a rolling board, make a flat round bread. Wait for 30 mins for batter to rise.
Bake the pizza base for 15 mins @ 220 degree C.
Take it out and Put pizza sauce, toppings of your choice and shredded cheese.
Add little salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes.
Bake again for 10 minutes @180 Degree Celsius
