Yummy & Fluffy Pancakes


  • 1/2 cup NihKan Green Banana flour
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup millet flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup milk/substitutes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1tsp Olive oil
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar/maple syrup


  1. Combine all ingredients together and set the batter aside for 2 minutes.  Meanwhile, heat a large cast iron or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add butter to the pan and swirl to coat.
  3. Add 1-tablespoon of the batter to the pan. Cook on the first side until bubbles appear on the surface, the edges begin to look dry, and the bottoms are golden-brown.
  4. Flip the pancakes. Cook until the second sides are golden-brown, 2 to 3 minutes more. Transfer to a warm oven or plate. Pour your favourite toppings like chocolate sauce or honey and enjoy with fresh fruits.  💚😊
