1 cup (100g) NihKan’s Dehydrated sprouts- Super Millets Mix
2 tbsps ghee
1½ tsps mustard seeds
2-3 green chillies, chopped
7-8 curry leaves
1 large onion, chopped
1 small carrot, peeled and cut into small cubes
4-5 beans
¼ cup green peas
Salt to taste
Lemon 1tsp
3 cups water approx 650 ml water

Take NihKan Sprouted Millets. Add waterand cook in Pressure cooker till 3-4 whistles are released. approx for 10-15 mins until grains are soft to chew.
Heat ghee in a kadai (pan), add mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add carrot & peas and sauté well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt, and mix well. Add cooked Nihkan Sprouted millets and mix well.
