Vegan Gluten Free Ancient Grains Tortilla Wraps

  • 1½ cups Nihkan Super Millet Flour
    ½ cup Nihkan Green Banana Flour
    3 Tbsp olive oil
    ½ tsp salt
    2/3 cup warm water


  1. Mix the flour, salt, and oil in a large bowl.
  2. Add warm water slowly while stirring till you achieve the right consistency of dough.
  3. Place the dough on the counter and knead for about 20 minutes.
  4. Split the dough into 8 equal parts.
  5. Use a rolling pin to flatten each dough ball into a thin circle.
  6. Cook one dough circle on a greased pan from both the sides and keep it aside. You can add 1 tsp oil on both sides.
  7. Enjoy the tortilla wraps with your choice of fillings – mix vegetables & cheese or grilled chicken or baked beans.

    These can be served hot or cold, great for lunch boxes too.
