Vegan Gluten Free Millet Vegetable Tortillas Parathas (Indian Breads)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup NIHKAN All purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1tsp salt, pepper
  • cumin powder
  • coriander powder
  • red chilli powder.
  • blanched spinach/fenugreek/thinly chopped cabbage/grated carrot
  • Olive oil/butter for saute

Instructions

  1. Take I cup of All Purpose Millets Mix, add 1tsp salt, spices like cumin, coriander, red chilli powder.
  2. Add cut/blanched vegetables of your choice like spinach, fenugreek, cabbage, carrot etc.
  3. Take ½ cup water and add slowly while kneading the dough.
  4. Make a medium soft dough. Now make small balls and roll it gently.
  5. Heat a pan and roast the paratha on both the sides on the 1tsp oil on both sides.
