Ingredients

1 cup mashed ripe bananas

1 cup NIHKAN Millet Baking Mix

¼ cup coconut sugar or jaggery powder

2 tbsp cold-pressed oil

¼ cup chopped walnuts

¼ cup plant-based milk (or water)

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp cinnamon powder (optional)

Pinch of salt
Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mash bananas and mix with coconut sugar, oil, and plant-based milk.

Add NIHKAN Millet Baking Mix, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Combine well into a smooth batter.

Fold in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into a greased or lined loaf pan.
