Ingredients:

¼ cup neutral oil (coconut or vegetable)

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/3 cup buttermilk*

2 tsp apple cider vinegar (to make buttermilk)

½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup hot milk (or extra buttermilk)

½ cup dark chocolate chunks
*To make buttermilk: stir 2 tsp vinegar into 1/3 cup milk or plant‑based milk and let sit 5 minutes.
Directions:

Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Line a 6‑cup muffin tin or grease wells.
