½ cup Nihkan’s Super Millet Mix

¼ cup Nihkan’s Green Banana Flour

1 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp almond flour or ground walnuts

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp baking soda

A pinch of salt
-
½ cup seedless dates (soaked in warm water)

1 tbsp jaggery powder (optional, for extra sweetness)

1 tbsp nut butter (almond/peanut)

¼ cup warm almond milk

1 tbsp coconut oil
-
1 tsp vanilla essence

Chopped walnuts (for topping)
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a small square baking pan with parchment paper.

Blend soaked dates with almond milk, nut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla essence into a smooth paste.

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients—millet mix, green banana flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms. Adjust consistency with a little milk if needed.
