A deliciously fudgy and nutrient-dense dessert, this Chocolate Walnut Millets Brownie is made using Nihkan’s Super Millet Mix and Green Banana Flour. It’s rich, gluten-free, and made without refined sugar—perfect for both kids and adults looking for a healthy treat without compromising on flavor.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Nihkan’s Super Millet Mix

  • ¼ cup Nihkan’s Green Banana Flour

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp almond flour or ground walnuts

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp baking soda

  • A pinch of salt

  • ½ cup seedless dates (soaked in warm water)

  • 1 tbsp jaggery powder (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • 1 tbsp nut butter (almond/peanut)

  • ¼ cup warm almond milk

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • Chopped walnuts (for topping)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a small square baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. Blend soaked dates with almond milk, nut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla essence into a smooth paste.

  3. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients—millet mix, green banana flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  4. Add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms. Adjust consistency with a little milk if needed.

  5. Pour into the pan and top with chopped walnuts.

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes. Let it cool before slicing.
