Millet Truffle Cake Made with All Purpose Millet Mix
This decadent Millet Truffle Cake is a fusion of indulgence and health. Crafted using Nihkan’s All Purpose Millet Mix, it is a wholesome, gluten-free alternative to your favorite chocolate truffle dessert. Perfect for celebrations or guilt-free indulgence, this cake is soft, moist, and rich in flavor.
Ingredients:

1½ cups Nihkan’s All Purpose Millet Mix

½ tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder
-
3 tbsp cocoa powder
-
½ cup coconut sugar or jaggery powder

¼ tsp salt
-
¼ cup oil or melted butter
-
1 cup almond or dairy milk
-
1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
-
Optional: Dark chocolate ganache (for topping)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a cake tin.

In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients: millet mix, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt, and sweetener.

Add wet ingredients: milk, vinegar, oil, and vanilla extract.

Mix well to form a smooth batter.

Pour into the cake tin and bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
