NIHKAN’S Sprouted jowar Flour is a nourishing blend of 100% sprouted jowar (Sorghum millet grains). jowar or Sorghum Millet is cleaned, washed thoroughly and left to soak for 12 hours. It is then sprouted over the next 12-24 hours , further dehydrated in low temperatures and milled into flour. This product contains no additives, is free from artificial preservatives, synthetic fillers or binders. It is 100% natural.
