Ingredients

  • NihKan’s Banana Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Jaggery powder (or sugar) – 1tbsp
  • Milk & water mix 1 cup
  • Ghee 1tsp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take 2 tbsp of Nihkan’s banana flour and add it to a thick bottomed pan. Add 1 cup mix of water & milk to it until it dissolves.
  2. Cook on stove for 5 minutes or until the raw banana powder gets cooked well. Stir it continuously otherwise it gets to stick to the bottom.
  3. Once the raw banana powder is cooked, add powdered jaggery or sugar.
  4. Switch off the flame and add ghee & serve to your baby.
