Buttery Savoury Soft Cookies (Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • NihKan Super Legumes Flour – 50 gm (1/2 cup)
  • Salted Butter – 30 gm
  • Baking powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
  • Grated carrot- 30 gm
  • Grated cheese- 15gms
  • Mixed herbs – ½ tsp
  • Mustard sauce- 1tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together butter, mustard sauce and herbs together.
  2. Add legume flour, baking powder and baking soda to this and mix well. Add grated carrots and grated cheese to this and bring all together.
  3. Form a dough ball.Wrap in cling and chill for 2 hrs. 
  4. Shape the dough into cookies and bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 15 -20 mins.
  5. Let them cook and enjoy.
