Healthy Gluten Free Chocolate Walnut Brownie

Ingredients

  • 15 gm  NIhkan Super Millet Flour
    15 gm Nihkan Green Banana flour
    15 gm Coco powder
    15 gm jaggery powder
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    Few chopped walnuts
    1 egg
    15 ml milk 
    15 gm melted butter
    15 gm melted chocolate
    Vanilla essence.

Instructions

  1. Melt Chocolate, butter, jaggery, milk on a double boiler and keep aside.
  2. Add egg to it once it cools down
  3. In a bowl mix super millet mix, banana flour, coco powder, baking powder & walnuts.
  4. Now combine both – dry and met ingredients and add vanilla essence
  5. Pour the batter in a tin lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 -25 mins in a preheat oven at 180c.
  6. Check with toothpick. Once baked, let it cool and enjoy with chocolate sauce and ice cream.
