  • 1 cup of Nihkan’s Millet Baking Mix
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup water
  • Oil
  • Vegetables of your own choice as toppings
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Seasonings – salt, pepper, oregano

  1. Take NIHKAN’S Baking Millets Mix. Add 1tsp salt, take ½ cup water and add it slowly while kneading the dough.
  2. Make a medium soft dough. Now make large bowls and roll them gently. Apply oil on both the sides and make some pricks with fork.
  3. Bake the same on the hot pan or in the oven at 200 degree C for 15-20 mins..
  4. Add toppings of your choice with cheese on top. Add seasonings like salt, pepper, oregano.
  5. Bake again at 180 degree C for 10-15 mins until veggies are brown.
