1cup NihKan Green Banana flour
1/4
th
tsp Baking soda
1/4
th
tsp baking powder
1 cup Warm water
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp Salt
1tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well-combined.
Let dough rest for five minutes.
Split dough into eight equal balls and roll out each into circles.
Cut each circle into 4 triangles (a pizza cutter is handy for this)
Place on a baking dish
Bake for 10 minutes, at 180 degree celsius. Remove from oven and turn over. Bake for another 5 minutes. They will crisp as they cool.
Transfer to a cooling rack and store in an airtight container.
