Gluten Free & Vegan Banana flour Baked Crackers

  • 1cup NihKan Green Banana flour
  • 1/4th  tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4th  tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1tbsp Olive oil


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well-combined.
  2. Let dough rest for five minutes.
  3. Split dough into eight equal balls and roll out each into circles.
  4. Cut each circle into 4 triangles (a pizza cutter is handy for this)
  5. Place on a baking dish
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, at 180 degree celsius. Remove from oven and turn over. Bake for another 5 minutes. They will crisp as they cool.
  7. Transfer to a cooling rack and store in an airtight container.
