Chocolate Chip Cake


  • 1 cup NihKan Green Banana Flour & ½ cup oats /almond flour/buckwheat flour or any other Gluten free Flour. 
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oil or butter
  • 2 large eggs or 1/2 cup flaxseeds powder (in case of vegan)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolates chips


  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all the flours, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. Take another bowl, mix in the oil, eggs, and vanilla essence. Pour this into cake mix stirring until a uniform batter is formed.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips uniformly.
  4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Allow cake to cool for 5 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack to cool completely.
