¼ cup Nihkan Green Banana flour
½ cup Nihkan Super Legumes flour
100 gm. boiled and crushed chickpeas
1-2 tbsp powdered oats
Salt to taste
2 Green chillies, chopped
6-7 flakes garlic, chopped
A handful of chopped cilantro
1 tbsp coriander powder.
Oil for frying
1. Mix all the ingredients, adding 1-2 tbsp powdered oats to bind the mixture.
2. Shape the falafels mixture into balls.
3. Heat oil in deep Pan.
4. Put the falafel balls into hot oil and fry them until golden-brown.
Serve it with hummus and pickled cucumbers and beetroot, or a fresh salad.
