1/4 cup Nihkan Green Banana flour 1/4 cup NihKan Super Legumes Flour 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda ½ tsp Salt ¼ tsp Mixed herbs 1/5 tsp Chilli flakes ½ cup – Mix of boiled Corn, spinach, grated carrot 1/2 cup curd 2 tsp white vinegar/lime 1/4 cup milk. Oil to pan fry.
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients together – Green Banana flour, Legumes Flour, baking powder, baking soda, Salt, mixed herbs & Chilli flakes
Add the chopped vegetables in the dry flour mix well.
In another bowl add curd & vinegar mix well and add this to the above mixture.
Mix well, adjust consistency with milk & leave aside for few minutes.
Heat a frying pan on medium flame, add some oil and then pour the batter on the pan to make pancakes.
Flip & cook from both sides.
Enjoy the pancake with your favourite toppings and sauces.
