Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Nihkan’s Sprouted Finger Millet Flour

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

  • ¼ cup butter or coconut oil

  • ¼ cup powdered jaggery or brown sugar

  • 2–3 tbsp milk (to bind the dough)

  • Optional: 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Cream butter and jaggery together in a mixing bowl.

  3. Add cocoa powder, baking powder, and sprouted finger millet flour.

  4. Mix well and fold in chocolate chips (if using).

  5. Add milk slowly and form a soft dough.

  6. Shape into cookies and place on a lined baking tray.

  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are firm.

  8. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
