Ingredients:

1 cup Nihkan’s Sprouted Finger Millet Flour

½ tsp baking powder

¼ cup cocoa powder

¼ cup butter or coconut oil

¼ cup powdered jaggery or brown sugar

2–3 tbsp milk (to bind the dough)

Optional: 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Directions:

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cream butter and jaggery together in a mixing bowl.
