Ingredients:

¾ cup Nihkan’s Millets Baking Mix

Pinch of cinnamon

Pinch of cardamom

Pinch of salt

½ cup ghee

⅓ cup jaggery powder

¼ cup cold milk

Crushed or chopped almonds
Directions:

In a bowl, mix Millets Baking Mix with cinnamon, cardamom, and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine ghee and jaggery powder until creamy.

Gradually add the dry mix into the ghee-jaggery mixture.

Add milk as needed to bind the dough.

Use your hands to knead into a soft dough.
