Enjoy a hearty, healthy crunch with these Multigrain Cookies made using Nihkan’s Millets Baking Mix. With warm hints of cinnamon and cardamom, these cookies are sweetened with jaggery and enriched with almonds—perfect for a nutritious tea-time snack. Gluten-free, eggless, and kid-friendly, they’re a comforting and clean addition to your cookie jar.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup Nihkan’s Millets Baking Mix

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • Pinch of cardamom

  • Pinch of salt

  • ½ cup ghee

  • ⅓ cup jaggery powder

  • ¼ cup cold milk

  • Crushed or chopped almonds

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix Millets Baking Mix with cinnamon, cardamom, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine ghee and jaggery powder until creamy.

  3. Gradually add the dry mix into the ghee-jaggery mixture.

  4. Add milk as needed to bind the dough.

  5. Use your hands to knead into a soft dough.

  6. Scoop uniform balls using a measuring spoon, flatten gently, and place on a greased baking tray.

  7. Brush cookies with milk and garnish with chopped almonds.

  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20–25 minutes.

  9. Let them cool completely for the perfect crunch.
