Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Nihkan’s Millets Baking Mix

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ⅓ cup jaggery powder

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • ¼ cup milk

  • ¼ cup choco chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.

  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and jaggery until smooth.

  3. Add the Millets Baking Mix and baking powder.

  4. Gradually add milk to form a soft cookie dough.

  5. Fold in choco chips and mix evenly.

  6. Scoop out small dough portions, roll into balls, flatten slightly, and place on a lined baking tray.

  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the edges are golden.

  8. Let cookies cool completely to firm up and enjoy!
