Ingredients

  • 150gms (1 ½ cups) NihKan Super legumes flour
  • 70gms (1/2 cup) powdered jaggery/brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp crushed cardamon
  • 30gms roasted almonds coarsely ground
  • 50gms melted ghee/butter

Instructions

  1. Roast the legume mix on low flame for 15-20 min or till aromatic and let it cool completely.
    2. Add jaggery powder to this, coarsely ground roasted almonds, cardamon powder and Mix well.
    3. Add warm ghee, mix well and roll to make small bites/ladoos.
    4. 100℅ gluten free bites with no refined sugar are ready
