  • 1/2 cup Hung curd 
  • 1 TBSP Banana Flour 
  • 1 TSBP Chia Seeds 
  • Mango cut pieces 
  • 1 Tsp Maple syrup/Honey


  1. In a bowl, take hung curd or Greek yogurt.
  2. Add banana flour to it & mix well.
  3. Add CHia seeds and mix well
  4. Add mango fruit cubes. Mix well. Add 1 tsp maple syrup/ honey for added sweetness to it.
  5. Top with more mango pieces. Refrigerate for 1 hr and Serve chill.
