Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of NIhkan’s Sprouted Ragi flour.
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup of boiled veggies of your choice like beans, carrot, corns
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic and ginger
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Salt as per taste
  • Lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pot add in one tbsp oil sauté in your veggies. Once sautéed keep it aside.
  2. In a same pan saute your chopped ginger, garlic and onions then add in the ragi flour and saute it for few seconds on low flame till its roasted.
  3. Add In water, pepper powder and sauted veggies to it and bring it to a boil until it forms consistency of thick soup.
  4. Serve it hot with a squeeze of lime.
